Sherwood Childcare built a Butterfly Garden in 2017 for our children to roam and explore the little "Sherwood Forest" right out side their classrooms.
"Sherwood Forest" is an eco sysytem that hosts some species of local butterflies. Children and parent volunteers help to upkeep our little forest and observe the life cycle of butterflies that live in the our little forest
With regular interaction with "Sherwood Forest", our children grew with the awareness of our nature environment, appreciate the importance of keeping the eco-system intact for the insects, respect and protect the little residences of our Butterfly Garden
